Mugambi and Shillah are neighbours at Maneno estate. There is a mango tree in Mugambi’s Compound whose branches hang dangerously over Shillah’s house. Shillah has on several occasions asked Mugambi to trim the branches but Mugambi has failed to do so. Shillah has therefore, decided to trim the branches herself and informed Mugambi accordingly. Mugambi has threatened to sue Shillah and Shillah seeks your legal advice.
