1. Find a dataset online which can be used for multiple regression (multivariate)
2. Create training set and a test set of data
3. Create a regression model on the training set
4. Select the appropriate factors using a model selection method of your choice (backward/forward/both)
5. Create the modified model from the training set
6. Calculate the MSE for the training set
7. Predict the model on the test set
8. Calculate the MSE for the test set
9. Explain why there is a difference between the two
