Mwala drew a bill of exchange for Kshs. 60,000 payable to Penzi for goods supplied. Penzi endorsed the bill to Pendo for money owed to Pendo. Pendo later endorsed the bill to her friend Ngazi as a gift. Ngazi presented the bill for payment but it was dishonored. Advice Ngazi as to the person she might sue on the bill
