My assignment is to assignment is to draft a Federal (notice) complaint, i copied part of 2 different kinds of complaints... they aren't complete I realize they both need more, I am just curious which way for my assignment it should be written. The first way is more paragraph and the second is list and I am having trouble understanding why one is one way and one is another? how do I know what I need to do to draft a Federal (notice) complaint for my assignment. So my question is what is the correct way for what my professor is looking for?
