My current employment is a substitute teacher for grades K-12. The third-party company I work for is not gender biased. They treat everyone that substitutes as equals and teach us to not discriminate against any genders or non-genders. They put us through training courses to be sensitive to non-binary, transgendered, and any co-workers or students that aren't the "normal" gender roles. Within the company itself, I'm not sure how that dynamic works. Their company policy states that there is no discrimination against any individuals. They say they do not tolerate discrimination and your employment will be terminated if it happens.
