My Experience as an IT & Analytics Consultant

It was a great privilege to complet my internship at reasonable abroad this fall. Reasonable is a program provider that offers study abroad, volunteer, and internship work. I worked as an IT & Analytics Consultant for a main event organization. It's a landscape organization.

I was working with a team for CRM Optimization and Automation. My teams and I discuss the project details, objectives, and tasks. I gained a lot of critical experience during my time as I was able to analyze a company's CRM and learn about its features. I investigated the insights offered by the application to create reports and explore integration automation features to assist the owner in making better decisions and improving business processes.

I applied the academic knowledge about CRM I acquired in the course IT 456, and the internship helped broaden my understanding in the area I was lacking to learn more about CRMs, their features, and their potential. I provided the company with insight into its CRM, a snapshot of the application, and what we observedidentified the features that are not being utilized. I learned the technical and teamwork skills needed for using the CRM platform within the ACT App, like automation and data entry. I was given an opportunity to explore different features of the ACT.

Throughout the course of my internship with reasonable Abroad, I learned many skills that will be beneficial in my professional career. Overall, I was so fortunate to experience such a great real-world experience. Every day was a new learning experience. I want to thank Joh Merchant for this experience and the opportunity I was able to have. I also want to thank my team for participating in my learning experience.
