Access the most recent 10K (annual report) of your group's company. From Item 8 of the report, using the balance sheet, income statement and statement of stockholder's equity answer all of the following questions. Please refer to the Delta Airlines example below. 1. How many shares of common stock are authorized, issued, and outstanding? (Found in the stockholder's equity section of the balance sheet.) 2. From the statement of stockholder's equity, determine if your company distributed cash dividends. If so, what was the total dollar amount? What was the dividend per share (can be calculated or found in the income statement)? If your company did not distribute dividends, what do you think the reason is? (Companies usually report their dividend policy in the 10K) 3. From the statement of stockholder's equity, did the company repurchase shares of stock during the most recent year? How many shares? How much did it pay for the stock repurchase? 4. What was the basic EPS? (Found on the income statement). Has there been a significant change in the three years reported? 5. What is your company's stock price today? What was it one year ago
