My name is Christina O'Shea and I working on getting my bachelor's degree in healthcare management. I am married to my amazing husband Casey, and we have an almost 5-year-old daughter named Izabelah. We are making our way back to our hometown, Cincinnati Ohio to be close to our family and friends in the next few months. I moved to MN in 2016, where I started my career in healthcare! I work as a senior business analyst at Allina Health Cancer Institute. I work on creating standard work documents for staff to follow, run reports on productivity, lead/manage projects, meetings and trainings for both clinic and business staff. From taking this class, I hope to learn new tools to strengthen my quality improvement skills, concepts and problem solve to make critical decisions
