My name is Maricris and I am currently working as a medical assistant with walmart health. I look forward to get to know everyone in this class as well as our instructor. This is my second class and I hope I do better on this class this time, now that I am over with the must needed procedure. I think when it comes to Talent Management, during the hiring time is one of the most important things that companies have to do. This is the time they must find who fit the roll of the job and also considering other areas that the one they hire have the personality that will blend with the team they already have. It seems very stressful having to decide who and what and why they want such individual to be in their team. At the same time, having to deal with the criticism from your staff when the one you thought would be the right one for the job and for the company turned out more of a stumbling block for some of the staff that can trickle down to the companies reputation.
