My objective is to discuss psychological contracts. I have learned that n nearly all employer-employee relationship there is the concept of a psychological contract. While we may believe the relationship is merely based on a formal contract of compensation for participation in the requirements of a job, there is more involved. There are certain assumptions and beliefs employees bring to an organization that form the psychological contract.
