My organization's makeup comes from 57 vendors to which the employees have access under their benefits. The issue comes from delivering the change in benefits for the organization (cost containment) to presenting these changes to the different demographics of individuals utilizing them. The communication issues provide the benefits change and how it would affect their current coverage/medications. What concepts have worked for other companies and the references to go with them that could help the employees navigate the change?
