Kiosk machine to provide car rental service. As customers depart or before arrive at the jetty, they can book a car through a kiosk machine. So, after they complete their booking and pay it through e-wallet, debit/credit pay or online banking, the customer can claim the key at a certain counter provided. The car should be parked near the jetty within radius 1 km away from the front of the jetty gate, depending on the cost of customer pay. The idea of the system originally generates from McDonald's kiosk order concept so it seems similar to Self Kiosk Car Rental. The car rental agency/company (of certain place) will register to market themselves and all those agencies will exist in the system application of self kiosks. In the system application, the customers should choose any vehicle that is suitable for their number of passengers and simply check-in with the driver license and identity card.
