First, review Chapter 12 of your textbook as well as Steps 5 and 6 of the CDC Evaluation Guide (pp. 74-86). Develop goals for communicating your evaluation findings to a variety of potential audiences, and address the following:

 

What data tools and types of comparisons are important for your program evaluation?

What types of audiences do you have in your stakeholder community? How will you tailor the presentation of findings to meet their needs?

If you were meeting with community stakeholders, what and how communicate the information so that conclusions are fully understandable to stakeholders?

How will you compare your conclusions to existing benchmarks and standards?
