My project is "Organise a welcoming program for new students to the college or university... the organiser of the program is the student union. It can include some entertainments, games, instruction of college and lecturers". The Objective of the program may be knowing each other and creating a friendly environment for the freshers also attract more students to the college/ uni and many more.

• The event will begin with an introductory speech from the president of the student union and will proceed into smaller sessions with representatives from each department giving students an overview of the courses available and allowing time for questions and discussion. This part of the program will end with a speech from the Dean of Students.
• Afterwards, there will be an hour break during which food and drinks will be served. The second part of the program will consist of several games designed to encourage social interaction between participants.
• The student union's social media team will work with the main organizer to ensure that information about the event is posted in a timely fashion across all social media platforms, as well as on college televisions, school newspapers, and websites. The marketing team will work with the main organizer to create promotional products such as t-shirts and flyers. They will also be responsible for distributing these materials around campus.
