My question for you as a consultant is how do you recommend that change to a executive leadership who still believes in the power of position and not influence, those that believe they have to make the decisions based on their historic ideas because that's the way it has always been? My issue is most of my executive leaders have not attended a leadership training since the 1990's and are failing to change or listen to change. Attempts to lead up, work slowly, but its causing recruiting and retention issues organizationally. They rationalize the loss of personal as part of the overall profession, but it's clear to the line-level its a leadership issue. Any recommendations would be greatly accepted
