My question is if I injured myself from a use of a faulty product e.g the brakes of the bike broke as a result I fractured my arm. Will I be able to claim against the company for breach of contact by applying the consumer rights act 2015, under which sections will determine if my claim will be successful or not and which case laws will support my claim. Also what are the remedies available.
