48 is for 0

49 is for 1

50 is for 2

51 is for 3

Like wise ascii value for 7 is 55

Now

The 8bit binary value for 51(which is the ascii value for 3) is: 00110011

and

The 8bit binary value for 55(ascii value for 7) is:

00110111

That's why ascii value for 37 is : 00110011 00110111
