My research- I want to learn more about the elements affecting employee performance and happiness since effective leadership is critical to organizational success. I want to get a thorough grasp of leadership philosophies that motivate and empower teams, thus I'll be examining the parallels and discrepancies between transformational and servant leaders.

Additionally, I'm curious to compare the effects of servant leadership versus transformational leadership on client satisfaction. This study will not only add to the body of knowledge, but it will also provide me the opportunity to put these new insights to use in real-world work situations and benefit my company. Leadership development programs provide leaders with the imaginative and creative thinking abilities they need to address organizational difficulties from many angles and come up with workable solutions.

I chose the secondary data studies and surveys and questionnaire for my research.

Secondary Data Studies -I will use a combination of surveys and interviews to gather qualitative insights into employee experiences and perceptions, supplemented by quantitative analysis of performance metrics and leadership assessments."

Surveys and Questionnaires-I will design surveys with carefully crafted questions that capture relevant information related to employee performance, happiness, and leadership styles.

My survey will include questions about job satisfaction, work environment, perceptions of leadership effectiveness, and suggestions for improvement. I will use validated scales such as the Job Descriptive Index (JDI) and Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to assess relevant constructs.
