Of the 10 statements I marked three mostly disagree and seven mostly agree. One of the mostly agree statements are rules, politics, and procedures generally frustrate me, the reason I mostly agree with this is because there are employees that don't think they have to follow certain rules and they think they can do what they want to do and won't get into trouble for not following the rules. Meanwhile, there are other employees that are working hard to get the job done correctly and on time.
