  1. Customers send the request to the order department
  2. Sending the request from the order department to the logistics department
  3. Logistics departments check the Warehouse department to receive the load
  4. There is a department for defining the needs of the load, such as temperature and type
  5. The request will be sent to the dispatch department after the vehicle's designation for the load.
  6. The dispatch department will make the connection with the customer and will send the load to them
  7. The payment will be done after receiving the load from the customer, and the finance e department will receive it
  8. The finance department will report the status of the customer to the order department to enable them to provide services for the customers for the following orders.
