And i as grew older my personality changed as I had to pick who I trusted based on During this stage, I began to explore my abilities and desires for self-control, wanting to make choices and assert my individuality Started making simple decisions and built a sense of competence and confidence. By inserting myself into adult situations just to spectate but I developed feelings of shame and doubt as I got yelled at At this stage I began to have a growing desire to take initiative, express creativity, During this stage, I started grade school and began to explore my abilities, seeking to and set goals. Encouraging her curiosity and supporting my endeavors fosters a sense of purpose and confidence. But as there were limitations for me not being in my own lane and age group I started to feel guilt, so as I grew I started to stay Introverted and to my self. STAGE 7 master new skills and tasks. Positive experiences that recognize and reinforce my efforts contribute to a growing sense of confidence in my capabilities. On the contrary, I was faced with constant criticism such as bullying and judgment and started to compare myself. STAGE 8 STAGE 6 CITY G During this stage, I started to middle school and embarked on a journey of self discovery and formation. At this stage,I began to explore my values, beliefs,and personal identity,seeking to understand myself in the context of my social environment such as being involved with social media. With experiences such as opportunities and self expression contributed to the development of having a low self esteem causing me to lose self identity. At this stage I was a 14 year old girl still navigating the complexities of forming deep and meaningful connections with others.And during this stage I started to become prominent in young adulthood by interacting with older individuals setting the groundwork for understanding relationships. Which came with positive experiences such as making new acquaintances, but was faced with isolation and started to feel loneliness leading into questioning my mental health At this stage I was exploring my role contributing to the broader society by contributing to my community through volunteering and fostering a sense of purpose in high school and my dads job but as I was faced with stagnation for my contributions I grapple with frustration and worries and begin to lack effort to the point I wanted to give up but then I started to go through therapy for my anxiety then I started to put my life back on track and started to go to work. During this stage I am still growing and developing physically and psychologically but I experience self-reflection, personal growth, and a sense of accomplishment contribute to the development of ego integrity. And I have been faced with conflicts and regret going through mental health changes I learned to go through therapy an started communicating with people I trusted and started nurturing an environme that embraced a positive outlook playing a crucial role in shaping my sense of em integrity during this stage of development.
