n my opinion lawsuit should be the very last option for the MCA. I think it would be somewhat unethical to sue someone, who contributed so much to the development of MCA. I will say that the MCA may have grounds for a lawsuit due to the fact that before being hired in the museum, Smith had agreed to conform to the rules and regulations governing the museum. These involve the honor of the pledges made. The museum can use this as a basis for its charge against Smith. Again the legal process can be lengthy and expensive so I think another resolution is best
