1.Reason given for the conversion

2.The premium paid to the holders of the DC shares and compare these to others in Canada say since 2000

3.See if it resulted in changes in board composition and

4.Track the resulting share price against the TSX index and if possible an industry index to see if the conversion increased shareholder value.
