Name 3 different processes/jobs that you are very familiar with. Explain them shortly. You can consider a process related to your job or your daily life.

Break down each process into subactivities by using a Gantt Chart and present the Gantt Chart. Please note that you must provide a Gantt Chart for each of the three processes/jobs.

Make sure that you classify those subactivities into the 7 (Overproduction, Waiting, Inappropriate processing, Transport, Unnecessary inventory, Unnecessary motion, and Defect) waste categories (Note that you must give at least 5 wastes for each job/process make sure that you do not list the same waste category all the time!). Also give a explanation of each waste for each process.
