All jobs do 10 iterations

All jobs have a CPU burst of at least 3 (>= 3) can change

All jobs have an IO burst of at most 10 (<= 10) can change

All jobs have wait time of 9 (end result)

This should be on Shortest time to completion first (STCF)

So you would need to change the CPU burst, I/O burst, and arrival time with the rules above so that all the jobs would have the wait time of 9.
