Evolutionary Event: For this case study, consider the following evolutionary event. During the first semester of college, Cortney's parents were contacted by her dormitory roommate. Cortney is no longer attending her classes, is hearing voices in her head, saying inappropriate things and describes events that obviously could not have happened. Her roommate was reluctant to contact the university's administration or faculty, but was concerned for Cortney's safety and her own.
