Company X is looking into adding start$-$up organic coffee shop $$Natural Organic$$ to the list of lifestyle services currently offered, at its head office in London, to service employees as well as visitors. Natural promises highest quality organic coffee sourced from African farms.

The staff compliment comprises a cashier, barista and cook.

The cashier takes the order from the customer, processes the payment and then provides the order details to the barista. Once the barista is done, the order is handed to the cook if the order has a food item requested. Sit$-$in customers pay R$3$ less than take$-$away orders.

The barista makes the beverage and then calls out the order number.

If the cook has also prepared food, the order number is also called out when the order is complete.

Natural Organic opens at $7$am every day and closes at $7$pm on weekdays but is open until $5$pm on Saturdays.

Employees get a standard discount of $10\%$ on showing their access card $($permanent employees have blue cards, contracting employees have red cards$)$

Employees also get an additional discount of $5\%$ on their birthday in addition to the default employee discount.

The coffee shop allows payments by cash, card, Snapscan or the coffee shop mobile app.

It allows customers $($once registered on the app$)$ to load funds on the app and use the app to pay for orders real$-$time.

For those customers who have registered on the app, a further discount of $5\%$ may be applicable if the customer has purchased $10$ products as part of the loyalty program.

The coffee shop will allow refunds in voucher form if the products are not satisfactory to the customer. This is because quality and high service standards are part of Natural Organic values.

Vouchers have a validity period of $3$ months from issue date thereafter the voucher cannot be redeemed.
