need a 8-10 slide powerpoint

Design a presentation on how to properly troubleshoot a hardware or software issue. The goal is to develop a plan that details the steps needed to resolve the issue. The presentation should target an audience that is not very tech savvy. As a technician, you will be asked to create training materials for end users, this presentation would be used for that purpose. See the .ppt file for an example. Title slide should have a name. Subsequent slides will list and explain the steps/strategy. The last slide will be work cited if you reference any material/work that is not your own (if you look at the example made by David Smith it is assumed he developed a strategy on his own therefore he does not need a works cited slide as it is his original work).
