Need an ansible playbook to make every machine in the open-labs group meet the following specifications:

The named and local-installs packages must be installed, and kept up to date.

The file /etc/ansible/labs/install-software.gz will be copied to the /tmp directory. Only the user accounts for root and the ITS group are allowed to read and write it.

The named service must be running automatically, and should restart if the install-software.gz file changes.
