Section I.6, Other Clauses, is revised to incorporate and update the two clauses. Modification P00049 was signed and issued by the Contracting Officer on February 16, 2017. This modification is within the scope of the contract and is exempt from FAR Part 6 pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.001(c). A synopsis is not required based on FAR 5.202(a)(11).
