The distribution of numbers of rainbow trout in streams is normal. A random sample of 9 streams results with a standard deviation number of rainbow trout of s=7.5 fish. Based upon this sample, test at the 5% significant level whether there is sufficient evidence to suggest that the standard deviation number of rainbow trout for the population of all streams is less than 10.
