Based on the company's SWOT analysis, the top priority at Andrews Company is

aggressive and rapid innovation and automation of production processes. The innovation plan of

the business organization will involve the idea generation and opportunity recognition required

to take advantage of marketplace opportunities for introducing Andrews' news products.

Innovations are defined as challenges, which are characterized by complexity, risk, and

uncertainty (Heingsberger, 2018). As a result, innovations are important for the development of

structures, methodologies, and systems for the development and implementation of new

products. Andrews Company's innovation process, which will be outlined in this plan, will

comprise of four phases. These phases include idea, concept, solution, and market (Heingsberger, 2018). The idea is the collection of possible innovations, derivation of ideas, assessment, and release of concepts. The concept involves extensive analysis and solution derivation, implementation, and marketing. The solution is the development and testing of the solutions to the completed products. The market involves promoting the products to fulfill customers' needs by implementing in procurements, logistics, and production. By following these steps, this company will be able to reduce the adverse impacts of imitation of its revenue.

Automation of production process is a procedure in the development of mechanized

production in which the control and monitoring functions performed by humans are transferred

to instruments and automatic devices. The goal of automation of production is to enhance the

efficiency of the workforce and the quality of manufactured products, as well as to create conditions for the optimum utilization of all production resources. The automation plan of the

company will be partial automation of production. The partial automation of production is

referred to as the automation of specific production operations. This automation will enable

Andrews to effectively automate its manufacturing equipment from the outset, and it will include

automation of control operations in the organizations to increase efficiency.
