Need help in rewriting this please in my own words

If the company does nothing and does not reach the goal of implementing fuel-efficient

aircraft and finding alternative fuels, and the gas price does not fall, the company will see a

drastic decline in the next ten years. Not only will the customer base and revenue be affected, but

chances are the culture within will suffer as well. When a company suffers and loses business,

the employees tend to be put on the back burner. This can then lead to poor company morale,

lack of trust, and increased turnover. TransGlobal cannot afford to take a hit in its culture and needs to keep part of its focus there. As per Craig (3 Aug 2017), "A Rich Company Culture

Leads to Innovation." This is something that TransGlobal will want to foster as it looks for

alternative ways to fuel its planes. Focusing on its current employees and giving them creative

time to innovate will only help the company in the next ten years.

Should TransGlobal hit the ground running and pour more effort into finding and funding

a more fuel-efficient aircraft, it will only set itself up for more success in the next ten years.

While it could potentially cost more to get this goal off the ground, it could make up for any

expenditure in the future with the increase in return customers and new customers. Becoming the

leader in fuel-efficient air travel would give them an advantage over their competitors. People

would feel good about purchasing their ticket with TransGlobal, as people feel like they are

doing their part if they can reduce their impact on the planet.
