2-->List slMaintenance.MaintenanceID and slMaintenance.Description for all rows in slMaintenance. For this report, use an alias to list slMaintenance.Description as MaintenanceDesc.

3-->List slGasPurchase.GasPurchaseID, slGasPurchase.Gallons, and slGasPurchase.CostPerGallon for all rows in slGasPurchase. For this report, use an alias to list slGasPurchase.Gallons AS GallonsOfGas.
