Need help please!

Vignette: Sevara Schlau and Estafinia Pffif partnered in establishing a franchisee of Modells to retail-sale a variety of sporting products. They are very concern about a location with high pedestrian trafficking during core time on weekdays and weekends. With helpfrom a location theorist, the partners narrowed their preference for One Herald Square in New York and 533 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. The aim was to occupy at most 80,000 square feet of space for office, inventory, and product displays. Instead of deciding on whims as to which location would be more cost efficient, the two entrepreneurs decided to use a decision-making model (i.e., Linear Programming) that they learned about in lessonson Scientific Management. They set up their objective function, decision constraints, and non-negative constraints. They intended on having cost outlays of $10,000 and $9,000 per month for the New York City and Brooklyn commercial spaces, respectively. It was decidedthat 200 square feet of space will be needed for inventory and office and 700 square of space will be required for product displays at the Brooklyn site that has a maximum of 14,000 square feet of space. At the New York City location 250 square feet o space would be allotted for inventory and office, and 500 square feet of space would be used for product displays, with maximum of 10,000 square feet of space available.

Required:

1. Use the optimization model of linear programming to determine the minimum amount on which the entrepreneurs will decide to pay when they meet with the realtors to negotiatethe commercial lease.
2. With same data, use the optimization model of linear programming to estimate monthly profit and revenue, assuming that rent is the only expense with which the entrepreneurs are concerned for now.
