Need help setting up these scenarios in Excel. If you can explain to me how to separate employees in a fast manner instead of looking through all 12000 of them. There are different departments in the Excel file. So if you could just tell me how to use those keywords to select only the ones I need.
Second, explain to me the exact Excel formulas you will be needing to use. Please don't just say calculate this and that. I am needing the exact formula one would use. I also have no idea how to utilize a pension rate in the formula.
