Loads are carried using the following vehicles. You do not need to worry about this.Vehicle requirementsVehicle requirements are anticipated and planned as being:? 3 x curtain-side trailers - two of these trailers remain on site for the duration of the event. Theother is unloaded and leaves site to do other unrelated work outside the scope of this project.? 1 x refrigerated trailer - this trailer remains on site? 2 x flatbed trailers with integrated crane? All vehicles are articulated lorries i.e. they have a separate tractor and trailer unit.? All vehicles when collecting from the originating warehouse site before the event, will, prior toarriving at their respective warehouse have undertaken other unrelated work that is outside thescope of this project? All vehicles when delivering to site ahead of the event, will, when they have unloaded and leavethe site go on to undertake other unrelated work that is outside the scope of this project? All vehicles when collecting from site after of the event, will, prior to arriving at the site haveundertaken other unrelated work that is outside the scope of this project? They have been contracted by Events UK to provide the transportation of the equipment, including catering supplies, to and from a major music event to be held in Finsbury Park in London in August 2022 You are an employee of Night moves and are given to assume the role of the Project Manager. Your task is to develop the Project Management plan. The Task The project is the collection and delivery of all the staging, equipment etc. to the venue site, and once the event has finished the return of the it back to the various locations. As project manager, you are required to submit a project plan. You will need to: Review schedule and planning including timings Plan appropriate resources to support the tour Provide a rough cost plan for the contract Provide a draft project plan to support the event schedule, costings and implementation You will need to utilize various elements of Project Management.
