Need help with implementing a Hill Climbing algorithm in Java for this problem:

Apply hill climbing on the following function Y = cos(x²/2) / log₂(X+2) in the range X=(0, 10), apply it on each of the starting points x = {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10} and step sizes z = {0.01,0.02,0.03 ... 0.1}
