Need help with problem for OCF- operating cash flow

Formula (I think) total revenue-operating expense-

So for Ge found the following numbers 2019 Total revenue 95,215,000 operating expense 17,243,000

2018 Total Revenue 121,616,000 Operating expense 16,011,000

but then on the financial sheet I also see other expenses- such as total expenses- should that be included here as well? in the formula. If so could you give me a listing of what missing and where to find.
