In first normal form every attribute must be singled valued attribute. So, we need to remove repeating groups from the table. Since the given table doesn't have any repeating group, it is already in first normal form. So, after 1" normal form the table is same as the given table. Second Normal Form It has to be in 1" normal form. a Table should not contain partial dependency. A table is said to have partial dependency if a non-prime attribute/column depend only on a part of primary key. Since the table in in 1$ normal form and doesn't have any partial dependency, 2NF is also same as INF which is same as the given table.Third Normal Form It has to be in 2"d normal form. There should be no transitive dependency for non-prime attributes.
