Need some help with this in R Studio!
State population data is a Pareto distribution. Do some research to find out which R function generates random numbers using the Pareto distribution. There are two key parameters for the Pareto function--location and dispersion. The location helps define the numbers along the X-axis. In other words, the shape doesn't change, but changing the location changes the scale of the X-axis. The dispersion (sometimes known as shape) defines how fast the distribution goes down ( the larger the shape, the more spread out the values will be). It's best to experiment with different values to get a feel for the function, then to run that function with the correct parameters to generate 51 random numbers. Create a histogram of a pareto distribution with 51 random numbers (shape is 10, and scale is 50).
