The Contract hereby formed shall be called Wave Gear, a company created for the purpose of renting boards and selling sun supplies. This contract binds Reagan I. Keller, from Irvine, California, as an investor in Wave Gear.

Reagan Keller shall be entitled to the profits and assets of Wave Gear in proportion to his$/$her equity. Any changes in the apportionment of equity must be approved unanimously by the partners.
