needed help and detailed solution for all the qn above aiming for an A+ for this entire 55% mechatronics project thank you.

In this project, you will work as part of a team to develop a mechatronics system with pick and place and vision capabilities. The objective of the group project is to extend the use of the NiryoOne to improve productivity and enhance the concept of sustainability in the manufacturing and our daily lives. 1. Project Scope The project will cover the conceptual design process of a Mechatronics system, which is based on detailed specifications, calculations, functions, simulations and experimental results to arrive at a feasible design. You are expected to apply design methodologies and include aspects of: 1. System Design and Control Architecture 2. Microcontroller/Single Board Computer Programming 3. Python and ROS 4. Mechanisms and Motion 5. Motor Selection, Payload and Power Source 6. Sustainability Group Design Project Project Topics You may identify a project that improves productivity from the following industries: 1. Sustainability 2. Food and Beverage (F&B) Budget Each group has a budget of 300 to purchase necessary components for this project. Please plan your project, timelines and budget, and spend wisely. There might be existing equipment that the PO has so you might check with the PO, prior to procurement. Submission All codes, video, PowerPoint slides and report have to submitted through Dropbox. Please note that the group presentation including the video should be limited to 20 mins. There will be a 10 mins Q\&A session after the presentation. The page limit for the report is no more than 50 pages, excluding Appendix. In groups of 5 or 4 , you are required to integrate your knowledge from Labs 1 to 5 and achieve the following from Items 1 to 7. 1. Design a MECHATRONIC SYSTEM to achieve a specific task, which enhances sustainability in our daily lives, referencing Topic 7. 2. Illustrate the "Design Process", referencing Topic 1, Section 1.4. 3. You MUST include the NiryoOne and ROS as part of your Mechatronic system. 4. You are allowed to use the Arduino Uno, together with NiryoOne to illustrate the proposed task. 5. You can select from the available linkages, actuators and sensors to complete your design. 6. You are required to complete and demonstrate your design from Weeks 6 -11. 7. Plan your time and resources wisely. Slides 6 2. Team Structure - Team Lead: The team lead overlooks the design process, plans the project timeline and facilitate the work between team members. Usually, the team lead leads the conceptual generation and evaluation with sketches and models to illustrate the design. Thus, the team lead takes on the responsibility of ensuring that the different parts of the design are well integrated to achieve the required task. - Electronics Engineer: The electronics engineer is in charge of the integration of electronic components, controller design and is responsible for the control architecture of the system. - Motion Control Engineer: The motion control engineer will perform the motion/path planning and is in charge of the NiryoOne programming. - Mechanisms Engineer: The mechanisms engineer oversees the design of mechanisms and linkages to work with a specified sizing for the motor and payload. Depending on the needs of the project, you might have 2 team members in the same role. Slides 7 ng Presentation and Report (Components of Assessment) This group design project contributes 55% to the final grade ( 25% for the group presentation ( 30 mins) and 30% for group report, weighted using 10% peer assessment). Both the presentation and report should consist of the following. i. Introduction: The Need (5\%) ii. Literature Review: Analysis of the Problem (5\%) iii. Specifications (10\%) iv. Concept Generation (20\%) v. Concept Evaluation \& Selection (10\%) vi. Final Concept: Production of a Detailed Design (20\%) - specify the components, system overview, control architecture, flowchart, pseudocode, code, results and analysis vii. Production of Working Drawings (20%) - Provide detailed circuit wiring diagrams and codes viii. Conclusion: Reflection (10\%) -include challenges and iterative process in the design, if any. Each team member is responsible for documenting his/her contribution in the presentation and report. Each team member is expected to contribute at least 20%, which is around 45 slides/ 45 pages in the presentation/group report respectively. At the end of the 20 mins group presentation, there will be a 10 mins Q\&A session. The page limit for the report is no more than 50 pages, excluding appendix. Assessment Rubrics Assess
