Negotiations can be critical or crucial when it comes to a group working attempting to reach a mutual agreement. One can not simply come up with something that will strongly affect all or none when making decisions. Negotiations start to go down hill when they are not made according. If one fails to meet certain requirements that easily includes in depth time of understanding from all sides, and listening from ALL sides what the issues are one can not come up with a solution. This is point blank the primary step in a negotiation. Other steps that are important are could be the walking out strategies, high low bargaining, or the win win solution. The walk out strategies consists of different strategies that include individuals that make a threat to leave an attempt of negotiations to give the people that they are negotiating with time for them to change their mind.. pretty much putting pressure so that others can change their mind. Now the high- low bargaining consists of setting the goal of how much it is you are willing to obtain what you want so that both sides of the party get some what of a mutual gain. And
