Negotiations Roleplay POD3103 You have been asked to support part of the collective agreement negotiations. You will negotiation in groups (one group representing the employer and other representing the union). Some groups may have fewer members depending on the number of students in a class. The Employer group and the Union group will receive different goals by email after the groups have been selected. It is in your best interest not to share your goals as it would benefit the opposing team. This roleplay will allow you to apply the concepts learned across the Labour Relations Practicum. Deliverables: You need to submit a the minutes of the meeting and conclusion at the end of the role play. All group must submit the Negotiation Results Worksheet to my e-mail after the roleplay. 5 marks will be given to the groups who will be able win more demands during negotiation. 10 marks will be given to you on your submission of minutes of the meeting covering all aspect of the meeting, discussion points, pain points, settle articles, dispute article, reason of the dispute.
