Nelson Roe works as an assistant coach for the Washington Hoops in the U$.$S$.$ Basketball Association. Recently, he was offered the head coaching duties with the Portland River Otters. Though their terms and remuneration were very attractive and it would have been a huge career move for Nelson, he declined the offer. He felt it was with Washington Hoops that he had learned and developed as a coach and that staying with the Hoops was the right thing to do and was his obligation. This is an example of $$ commitment.
