Nemotown City Football Club recently won the English Premier League. This was the club's first league championship ever. In honour of this historic achievement Nemotown City Council planned a victory parade through the city centre, to take place on 10th July, which would culminate in a special celebrity presentation of the Premier League trophy to the Nemotown City FC captain by the legendary former player, Fred Starkick.

Javed owns a flat on Nemotown High Street. He recently placed an online advertisement for "a room with an excellent view of Nemotown City FC's victory parade and celebrity presentation". Natasha, a life-long Nemotown City fan who lives in London, was very keen to view the parade and presentation. She saw Javed's advertisement and contacted him. In consequence, Natasha entered into a written contract with Javed for the exclusive use of his flat from 8:00am to 10:00pm on 10th July. The price was £100. £40 was payable on 1st June, and the balance was due on 10th July. The contract made no mention of the victory parade or of the celebrity presentation.

Natasha also entered into a contract with "Cars-for-occasions Ltd" for a car to meet her at the station and take her to the flat in style. She paid the contract price of £100 as soon as she entered into this contract.

On the morning of 9th July, it was announced that the victory parade and celebrity presentation had been cancelled owing to a terrorist threat. Natasha therefore decided not to travel to Nemotown. She has recently received a telephone call from Javed, who says that the flat was ready for her on 10th July, and that she owes him £60. Natasha disputes this and wishes to recover the £40 that she paid to him on 1st June. Javed has spent £200 decorating the flat in preparation for the parade, with Nemotown City's colours. Natasha also wishes to reclaim the £100 that she paid to "Cars-for occasions Ltd".

What advise should be given to  Natasha keeping in view the above scenario.
