Neurodiversity is the concept that we each live and have perceptions about our experiences in different ways, and these differences are not seen as deficits. Neurodiversity encompasses Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette Syndrome, and even Depression and Anxiety. Over 1 billion people live with some disability, and most of these disabilities are invisible. About 80% of autistic people are unemployed, and there is still a lack of awareness and stigma around neurodiversity and other disabilities in the workplace. 

Creating a global awareness campaign can help educate leaders, reduce stigma, and increase hiring efforts for neurodiverse talent and people with disabilities.
