New Horizon Bank would like to build a database to maintain their non-branch banking devices like ABMs, Point-of-Sale (POS) machines and Kiosks. For each type of device they would like to store a device ID, location and a device type. Especially for ABMs they would like to track the minimum cash amount that is allowed at the ABM. The company has a maintenance unit that is responsible for maintaining the devices. A maintenance routine is created for each device when an employee services it. New Horizon needs to know the date of the routine along with the description of what was done and the status of the routine. The status of the routine can be pending, in-progress and closed. It is possible for a routine to be carried out by two or three employees. The date the routine was assigned to the employee is also important as the company would like to have this information to calculate turn around time for a routine. An employee should have a TRN, name which is broken down into first name, middle initial and last name), dob, age which is calculated from dob, along with all mobile numbers for the employee. Each time an employee conducts a routine, the process is checked and signed off by a senior employee who may or may not be that employee's immediate supervisor. An employee however, can be assigned to a supervisor that is also an employee. The bank would like to know all the supervisors an employee had during their employment including the date they were assigned to that supervisor.
