When an order from a customer is received, the order is checked for completeness. If there is a problem with the order, the customer is notified. Otherwise, if the order is correct, Bookster ships the book to the customer, updates the inventory file and updates the billing file. At the end of each month, the system gathers the billing information for each customer and sends them an invoice.
